2. Products
We sell digital ebooks for personal use. No printed item is included. The product description identifies the subject, language and file format. Educational material is general information and does not promise earnings, search rankings or a particular business outcome.
3. Prices and orders
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Any applicable tax and the final amount are shown before you place the order. Digital delivery has no shipping charge. Your bank may charge its own currency-conversion fees. Check your items and email address before confirming payment. An order receipt acknowledges your request; acceptance is confirmed when we confirm that we will supply the ebook. If we cannot supply it after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid.
4. Delivery
The ebook is sent to your order email within 24 hours after confirmed payment. See the Digital Delivery Policy. You are responsible for supplying a working email address and compatible reading software.
5. Licence
You receive permission to read the ebook for your own personal use. Copyright remains with its rights holder. Do not redistribute, resell, publicly upload or commercially reproduce the ebook without the rights holder’s permission, except where the law allows it.
6. Cancellations and problems
The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to request help or a refund. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Privacy and complaints
See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data. Send complaints to support@sitenese.com so we can investigate. Your mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply.
8. Updates
We may update these terms for future orders. The terms supplied with your order apply to that order. You can print or save this page.
