Digital Delivery Policy

Email delivery within 24 hours

All Sitenese products are digital ebooks. We send the ebook to the email address supplied with your order within 24 hours after payment has been confirmed. Delivery is handled by our team; it is not an instant automatic download. Your order confirmation and the email containing your ebook may arrive separately.

No physical shipping

No printed book or parcel will be sent. There is no shipping charge. You need a working email account, internet access and a compatible reader for the file format stated on the product page. Check those details before buying.

Incorrect email or missing delivery

Check your order email and spam folder. If you entered an incorrect address or your ebook has not arrived within 24 hours, contact support@sitenese.com with your order number. We may verify the order before sending it to a different address. If delivery cannot be completed, you may request a refund under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Email delivery does not remove your statutory rights. See our refund policy for the applicable cancellation and faulty-content rights.
