Are these printed books?

No. Sitenese sells digital ebooks. No physical item will be shipped.

When will I receive my ebook?

We email the ebook within 24 hours after your payment is confirmed. The delivery email may be separate from your order confirmation.

Which currency do you charge in?

Product prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The final total, including any applicable tax, is displayed before payment.

What if my ebook does not arrive?

Check your order email address and your spam folder. If it has not arrived after 24 hours, contact support@sitenese.com with your order number.
